Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Development Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll support strategic growth by conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor data, and helping identify new partnership and project opportunities. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn about logistics, transportation, and international trade — with a strong interest in the intersection of business and technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct industry research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in logistics and freight transport.
- Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and pitch materials for potential partners and clients.
- Assist with maintaining CRM records and tracking sales pipelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sales, and strategy) to align business goals.
- Help evaluate new market entry opportunities and potential partnerships.
- Analyze shipment and operations data to inform pricing, routing, and service improvements.
- Participate in the development of business cases and financial models for new initiatives.
- Support administrative tasks related to tenders, RFQs, and international cooperation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Economics, International Trade, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or student projects are welcome).
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; data literacy is a must.
- Excellent research and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to take initiative.
- Interest in startups/tech (no coding required, but enthusiasm is welcome!).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) or data visualization platforms.
- Multilingual capabilities (e.g., English, Russian, or regional languages).
- Understanding of international shipping terms, Incoterms, or customs processes is a bonus.
