We at “TAKOPI AZERBAIJAN” are an ambitious distributor specializing in promoting innovative technologies and IT solutions for corporate clients and enterprises. Our company focuses on Wi-Fi solutions, unified communication systems, and cybersecurity.
Our subsidiary, “TAKOPI AZERBAIJAN”, is part of the TAKOPI GROUP.
We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and work with products in the categories of networking equipment, information security solutions, telephony, and unified communications.
Responsibilities:
- Actively search for and onboard new partners (system integrators, resellers, online retailers);
- Drive B2B sales and promote our product portfolio to partners;
- Coordinate sales targets and activities with colleagues and partners;
- Monitor and ensure achievement of sales KPIs;
- Negotiate business terms and conditions with partners;
- Participate in training sessions on the products offered by the company.

- Working hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Strong knowledge of the market in computer hardware, networking equipment, information security, telephony, and UC solutions;
- Understanding of the system integration landscape;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- Proven experience in corporate (B2B) sales;
- Willingness to travel for short business trips.
Language requirements are essential:
- Fluent in Russian or Ukrainian (mandatory)
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Knowledge of the local language is also required.
